The remaining units were acquired by <a href=\"\/frequently-asked-questions\/\">foreign nationals<\/a> from China, France, and the US.<\/p>\n<p>Situated in District 4 within the prime <a href=\"https:\/\/themarinaviewresidences.sg\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Core Central Region<\/a>, the 99-year upscale condominium, comprising 228 units, was completed in 2011.
