By 2030, Bayshore<\/a> residents can anticipate a new vehicular flyover connecting Bedok South Road directly to the East Coast Parkway (ECP). This development aims to enhance connectivity and accommodate the area’s projected residential growth.<\/p>\n

The Land Transport Authority (LTA) has announced plans for a new road linking Bayshore<\/a> Avenue to the flyover, further improving access to the ECP. These initiatives are part of a broader strategy to rejuvenate the Bayshore<\/a> precinct, which is slated to see the construction of approximately 7,000 new HDB flats by the mid-2030s.<\/p>\n

In addition to these infrastructure upgrades, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) recently launched a Government Land Sales (GLS) site at Bayshore Road<\/a>, which is expected to bring new private residential developments to the area. The 1.03-hectare site is zoned for residential use with commercial elements on the first storey, further enhancing Bayshore\u2019s appeal as a well-connected and vibrant waterfront district.<\/p>\n
